Segway has announced that it will set up 10 charging stations in Kathmandu with the goal to promote its electric vehicles in Nepal. The stations will be equipped with fast-charging technology and many riders will get to charge their EVs.
The company expects to minimize its customers’ stress in finding a charging station and save them time, especially those who travel long distances.

Segway EV chargers will be able to track power units consumed and are easy to set up.
The company says it will set up charging stations in the most easily accessible locations in Bhaktapur, Lalitpur, and Kathmandu, said IHub Pvt. Ltd., the official distributor of Segway vehicles.
Segway-Ninebot is a popular EV maker which enjoys a prestigious standing in Nepal. It has launched various two-wheeler EVs in Nepal at affordable costs.
