Nepal Bank Limited to Start A Call Center For Customer Service

Nepal Bank Limited will start an advanced call center with the objective of making its customer services more agile and effective. To forward this plan, the bank has reached an agreement with a service provider.

The bank believes that its call center will prove a milestone in customer service.

Customers can call the center for queries, and issues

Nepal Bank says that customers can call its call center for any queries, problems, and difficulties regarding the bank’s services. Likewise, they can also reach out for any financial information, and current affairs.

On its call center plan, the bank’s Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Krishna Bahadur Adhikari said that the call center will bring the bank and its customers closer and make its services more straightforward and effective. The call center will keep its services updated and contextual with the current day banking service norms, Adhikari added.

Nepal Bank Limited has 228 branches, 204 ATMs, and 57 extension counters. The bank currently serves around 23 lakh customers across the country and plans to integrate newer technologies to provide advanced digital banking services.
