Dhangadhi Sub-Metro introduces online channels to register public complaints

Dhangadhi Sub-Metropolitan City has launched online channels to register public complaints. The cityโ€™s mayor Gopal Hamal shared that the public can now register their complaints via a mobile app, QR code, and website.

Hamal said the system will allow the people to easily register their opinion and complaints within the city. Mayor said that the system lets people give feedback about the local governmentโ€™s operations and services.

For this, people can use the Namaste Mayor mobile app or Namaste Mayor e-form.

Various local bodies have been introducing electronic services to make their operations more efficient and convenient. They also help promote good governance. Also read: Tilottama Municipality to provide free WiFi
