Citizen Investment Trust and Khalti have signed an agreement for the collection of funds from the citizen pension trust plan based on contributions.
The agreement was recently signed by CIT’s Executive director Raman Nepal and Khlati’s CEO Binay Khadka.
The cooperation between Citizen Investment Trust and Khalti digital wallet will help self-employed Nepali citizens living in the country and abroad to collect funds in the Civil Pension Fund scheme run by the fund.

In addition to this, the Budget for the fiscal year 2081/81 BS has mentioned the operation of the Civilian Pension Fund. Therefore, the agreement is expected to provide more support to this program.
