    An Embossed Number Plate is a vehicle Number Plate that is camera-readable friendly. Plus, it integrates a microchip connected to the vehicle’s GPS. Therefore, it helps to maintain the digital records of the vehicle as well as helps in monitoring it.     • Check the type of ownership (Individual or Organization) .
    • If you vehicle is purchased via loan, then mention the name of the Bank by which the vehice is financed, it’s mandatory.

    Step 8

    Documents needed to attach along with the form.
    • Check all the documets listed that is asked while submitting the form.

    • Check all your inormation and hit Submit button.
    • Now, click on Download button and Download the form.
    • Print out the form and submit it to Department of Transport Management office.

    Before submitting, check or note all the documents listed in the form. These documents are to be attached with the form while submitting it to the Department of Transport Management office. After this, you can click on the Next Button which will take you to the Submit Screen.

    Check all your information filled in before pressing submit the form. If all the details are good, you can click on Submit button and download the form. After this, you can print out the form and submit it to the Department of Transport Management office.

    Note: Don’t forget to attach the asked documents (during Step 8) with the printout of the form.

Clicking on Apply again button will cancel the current application form and open the form in editable mode. You can refill the form with the correct information and submit it again to print out.
