- Fill up all the information as asked on the form.
- Enter vehicle information as per you Bluebook and current ownership.

- Check the type of ownership (Individual or Organization) .
- If you vehicle is purchased via loan, then mention the name of the Bank by which the vehice is financed, it’s mandatory.

- Check all the documets listed that is asked while submitting the form.
- Tap on Next Button which will take you to the Submit screen.
