Daraz has announced the relaunch of its popular Daraz Sahayatri Program that aims to promote the growth of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) which are reeling from the COVID-19 pandemic.
Daraz, Nepal’s leading online marketplace, launched this program by waiving fees of businesses for four months to empower the enterprises. In its first round, the company says it helped 8000+ businesses to sell their products online.
Daraz Sahayatri Program is a stimulus package to empower marginal businesses to recover from their stagnant economy during the pandemic. The program comprises initiatives such as fee waivers, comprehensive online training, weekly payout cycles, and additional financing programs to boost their recovery.

Businesses that are aspiring to go online for the first time can place their products on Daraz for free. The company says this program will last till the Daraz Dashain Dhamaka campaign. • Seller queries via live chat to be handled within 30 seconds during business hours
• Comprehensive e-commerce training and education initiatives via Daraz University
