Smart Cell is the second largest telco service provider in Nepal. This private telco offers two SMS packages for its customers. The first package is for sending SMS to any domestic mobile number at just 64 paisa/SMS. While the second one is a 3000 SMS pack for sending to Smart Cell numbers. In order to buy an SMS Pack in Smart Cell, you can go through the following steps;

- Then, dial *141*2*1*1# for the first package (Smart Cell to Other Local Mobile Numbers)
