DRS Gaming to host PUBG contest | NESA and FITGMR sign to promote Esports Ecosystem

Nepal’s popular PUBG team DRS Gaming is set to organize a contest. The event will be dedicated to players who haven’t yet participated in the PUBG Mobile Pro League (PMPL). The team announced the news via a post on their social media handle.

The next edition, meanwhile will feature teams who have featured at the PMPL contest and the best-performing team from the previous edition.

DRS Gaming says that it will soon announce prize money, format, and information about team registration.

PUBG is a hugely popular smartphone game in Nepal and is played by hundreds of thousands. DRS Gaming organizing an Esports event will certainly help grow the game’s love among enthusiasts even further.

NESA and FITGMR to promote Esports Ecosystem in Nepal

Recently, Nepal Esports Association NESA and Esports Tech company FITGMR has agreed on terms to promote the Esports ecosystem in Nepal.

As per the agreement, FITGMR will provide training and empower their capacity in Esports gaming. The company said that its mobile app will be used to focus and improve gamers’ physical and mental health.

Likewise, a Train the Trainer program will be commenced for the capacity building of Nepali Esports trainers.
