You can directly contact communication minister Rekha Sharma online. The ministry has prepared a dedicated platform to allow the public to write to the minister.
The Ministry of Communication and Information Technology (MoCIT) says that allowing the public access to the minister is its attempt to make its operations transparent and be able to receive complaints easily.
“A huge number of people visit the ministry daily, and most of them come with urgent but minor complaints,” said Netra Subedi, spokesperson of the ministry.’
To talk directly with the minister, the ministry has established a separate section “Write to the Minister” on its portal, “This platform has been created so that such complaints can be sent online by the public and complaints and suggestions can be made from anywhere even without reaching the ministry.”

- Then, you get an interface, an online form where you need to enter your name, contact, email ID, and your address.
- Enter your complaint or concern in a field, enter the captcha provided, and “submit” it.
