Chaudhary Group (CG) has become the official distributor of Midea, world famous electrical appliance manufacturer. With this collaboration, CG has also become the brand ambassador of the multinational Chinese company in Nepal.
The fortune rich business house CG will sell Media products from its outlet in Gauridhara, Kathmandu.
CG, through a press statement revealed that it became the authorized distributor of Midea products in Nepal. The multinational Nepali conglomerate said it grabbed the partnership offer due to its long experience and trust in Nepali consumer market for electronics. It believes this joint venture helps grow local markets in Nepal and also bring competitiveness to Nepal’s electronic industry.
Likewise, Midea shared similar enthusiasm. “We are very pleased to be in your presence here. We are delighted to provide Nepali consumers with advanced technology, high quality products and excellent services,” said Eko Zhang, Head of South Asia Trade Office, Media APAC Region.
Midea is one of the world’s most sought after brand for home appliances. In Nepal, it is already selling a range of appliances such as food processor, kettle, toaster, heaters, air treatment hardware. Next, the company plans to launch kitchen appliances such as barbecue, ovens, vacuum cleaners, refrigeration products etc.
The Chinese brand boasts 34 production centers across the world with 150,000 employees spread in 200+ countries. The multinational generated an exceptional $41.4 billion in revenue in 2020.
CG and Midea collaboration will bring an authorized channel for Nepalese to buy their domestic appliances in Nepal.
Besides, home appliances, it has also laid hands in HVAC, robotics, and automation. The company runs its enterprise with the slogan, #HumanizingTechnology.
