Smart Choice Technologies or in short, SCT and Machhapuchchhre Bank (Bank) has reached an agreement to launch UPI debit cards for the bank’s customers. With the agreement, the class ‘A’ commercial bank will be able to issue UPI debit cards to its customers which will help them with various payment options in Nepal and India.
Both companies formalized their agreement at an MoU signing ceremony recently. Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of SCT Shree Narayan Prakash Bhuju and Madhav Subedi, digital banking officer of MBL signed the agreement papers.
Now, the customers of MBL can get advanced, safe, and reliable facilities of SCT UPI Debit Card. By using the SCT UPI debit cards, customers can easily access any ATM, POS, or e-commerce services within Nepal and India.

It is hoped that the agreement between SCT, which has been providing quality services in digital payments for the past 20 years, and Machhapuchhre Bank, which has been the first choice of customers since its inception, will contribute to digital payments in Nepal as a whole.
After this agreement, the customers of the bank can get modern, safe, quality, and reliable facilities of SCT UPI Debit Card.

Also, by using the SCT UPI network, customers can easily avail of services like ATMs, POS, and e-commerce within Nepal and India.
