Machhapuchchhre Bank Starts Voice Box Service in QR

Machhpuchchhre Bank Limited has launched a voice box feature for its QR payments, being the first bank to do so in Nepal. The innovative service called โ€œinstant payment notificationโ€ notifies QR merchants of successful transactions with an SMS and sound. The unique service accentuates the private commercial bankโ€™s aggressive drive of providing digital banking services.

At the moment, this service has been started at the payment system department of Nepal Rastra Bank, and some offices of its own.

Machhapuchchhre Bank (MBL) started this service after installing a voice box in its QR system on Shrawan 05, 2080 BS. As the service gives instant notification to the MBL QR merchants of successful payments, it will help with time saving and bothersome inconvenience related to mobile payment such as having to wait for confirmation of payment on the concerned devices.
