What is an appointment banking system?
The appointment banking system refers to a type of service that allows bank customers to book their time for a bank visit to get their desired service. As a date is booked in advance, it helps customers save time and receive service quickly as they make a physical appearance at the bank on the fixed date.
The service especially helps professionals who visit the office for their daily work and are time-deprived for a bank visit. Reserving their appointment helps them receive service at a time of their convenience.
