Xiaomi has distributed educational materials and school supplies to DSA(Disabled Students Association). As part of its corporate social responsibility, the company has distributed supplies to 70 students.
The materials were handed over to Mr Daya Ram Maharjan, Principal of DSA School by Mr Sourabh Kothari, Country General Manager, Xiaomi Nepal.
Xiaomi has been taking the initiative to conduct various welfare activities to give back to the community. It has handed over things like laptops, kits, bags, shoes, books and musical instruments.
Saurabh Kothari, Country General Manager of Xiaomi Nepal said, “We always believe in serving back the community where we operate. Along with doing business, we are aware of our responsibility towards the community. In further days also we will be supporting the community in different ways. I believe that our small efforts would generate positive outcomes in the near future.”
