When someone in the US sends remittance to a user in Nepal, the Hamro Patro app sends a notification to notify them how much money they will receive. Likewise, the money sent is directly deposited in the bank of the recipient, which can then be easily withdrawn. The app supports transactions at all the major banks in Nepal. Hamro Patro says that if users have any queries regarding the remit transfer, they can contact the customer service 24 hours a day.
