Fonepoints and eSewa sign a partnership for reward loyalty management

Fonepoints and eSewa have reached a strategic partnership reward loyalty program. The leading payment service provider (PSP) and the newly launched Soft1 Group’s loyalty vertical recently ratified the cooperation in a signing ceremony. The MoU was signed by Jagdish Khadka, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of eSewa, and Sagar Paudel, the CEO of Fonepoints.

With this cooperation, eSewa has become one of the first partners for Fonepoints. Launched in early January, the platform aims to revolutionize reward and loyalty operations for service providers such as digital wallets, banks and financial institutions (BF/Is), and businesses. After the cooperation deal, eSewa will reap the benefits of advanced loyalty and reward management by Fonepoints which will now be for the management of the loyalty/reward system.

On the occasion of the signing ceremony, Jagdish Khadka, Chief Executive Officer of eSewa, expressed his enthusiasm at the start of its cooperation with Fonepoints. He said, ‘We are happy to start a partnership with Fonepoints and we hope that it will have a positive impact on the management of loyalty rewards. We look forward to seeing the improvements Fonepoints will bring to the eSewa  user experience.”

This collaboration between Fonepoints and eSewa is expected to build a solid leap in defining the future of loyalty program management in Nepal. Both companies will be committed to fostering innovation increasing customer satisfaction and contributing to the growth of the business ecosystem through this strategic partnership.
