eSewa Money Transfer and Emirates India Partner for Remit

eSewa Money Transfer and Emirates India International Exchange have entered into a partnership for remittance transaction service.

Ajesh Koirala, CEO of eSewa Money Transfer, and Ali Mohammad Almani, General Manager of Emirates India International Exchange signed the agreement papers.

The UAE is one of the major employment destinations for Nepalese. This is why we are very excited to partner with an established international exchange company like Emirates India. As digital remittance service is available online, we are confident that it will make it easier for customers to send remittances to Nepal through this medium,” said CEO Koirala.

The partnership is expected to provide a convenient option for Nepali nationals living and working in UAE to send money to Nepal. Nepalese can avail of the service from Emirates India’s 33 branches in Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, etc.  

Following the agreement, Nepalese in UAE can instantly send money to any bank or financial institution in Nepal. The remittance can also be sent to the eSewa digital wallet of a recipient.  

In addition, users can also use Emirates India’s website to transfer money online. The service will soon be integrated into the company’s mobile app.

Currently, the ‘Mero Digital Desh’ campaign of eSewa Money Transfer is ongoing. So, if you send money directly from the UAE to your bank account or eSewa digital wallet through Emirates India, customers can win a gift every month for a period of 6 months.
