Prabhu Bank has started Visa Direct service after reaching an agreement with Visa International. The partnership allows the bank’s customers to receive remittance service without a hassle.
Now, the bank’s customers will be able to receive remittances from over 180 countries. This requires customers of the bank to use a unique 16-digit PIN issued to them for internet, mobile banking, or ATM for remittance transactions.

The bank expects the service to elevate customer service.
