Nabil Bank has officially started the operation of a Digital Service Zone in Kamaladi. The lounge provides fast and efficient digital banking services to the customers, such as ATM, cheque depositing, etc.
The digital lounge was inaugurated by the bank’s chairman, Nirvana Chaudhary, and director Sarita Bhatta on Wednesday, February 11.
The inauguration ceremony also had the presence of the bank’s directors, Pravin Tibrewala and Anil Keshary Shah, Chief Executive Officer Manoj Kumar Gyawali, Deputy Chief Executive Officers Bhupendra Pandey and Adarsha Bajgai, Deputy General Managers Ganesh Prasad Awasthi and Gyanendra Pratap Shah, along with other senior officials of the bank.

The bank has called it a “significant step toward enhanced digital banking” that provides “Customers can now enjoy faster, easier, and more convenient services through a modern, user-friendly digital platform.”

Nabil Bank’s Digital Service Zone offers ‘lounge’ services
The digital service zone provides services relating to ATM withdrawal, Cash Deposit Machine (CDM), and Cheque Deposit Machine of Nabill Bank.
Backed by technology and aiming for more customer-friendly initiatives, the ‘zone’ reduces the time it takes to transact services at physical counters.
According to the bank, the self-service banking experience is open 24 hours for customers.
