Multinational IT firm Genese Solution has landed above NRs. 50 million worth of investment by Business Oxygen. In addition, the company has appointed Mr. Prasanna Pokharel as its new CEO to spearhead fresh ventures.
Business Oxygen Pvt. Ltd., the first private equity firm, is a part of the IFC’s Global SME Ventures initiative with investments from the IFC of the World Bank Group.
Genese Solution is an eminent cloud Consulting Company that aims at “developing end-to-end product engineering and digital transformation services to companies and startups across Europe and Asia by delivering utmost and undaunted business & technical support to our esteemed clients, customers, and stakeholders.”
“The investment funds will be mobilized in achieving its strategic objectives,” Anjani Phuyal, the Founder of Genesis Solutions informed.
She further maintained the firm will utilize the funds in “attaining its day-to-day objectives by mobilizing its human resources and technologies.” She believes the new investments and their benefits could inspire IT growth to new heights in the future.

Similarly, Genes Solutions has appointed Prasanna Pokharel as its new CEO. He is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt professional who has accumulated experience of 2 decades having worked with firms such as Vianet, IBM, and EXL, etc.
