Everest Bank to shift its services towards automation | Signs a deal with Quick Fox

Leading commercial bank Everest Bank has signed a deal with Quick Fox to start automation of its banking services. The partnership aims to kickstart robotic process automation for the bank.

The bank said that it started automation of its services with the idea of providing its customers with strong, competitive, and unique services.

Why Everest Bank chose automation?

Likewise, the bank said that most of the processes in its services are repetitive, non-procedural, and similar in nature. And while such processes use more human resources, some tasks are prone to being slow. Robotic automation is expected to greatly ease off the bank’s services.

Everest Bank is one of the leading private Class A commercial banks in Nepal. It was founded in 1994 and has consistently grown as one of the highly reputed institutions with many accolades to its name.
