Nepal’s prominent ride-hailing platform Pathao has launched a ‘Delivery Guarantee’ scheme under its Pathao Parcel service. The initiative lasts till Shrawan 15, which stipulates that the merchant gets a refund worth the goods and the goods too if they aren’t delivered to their customers on time.
The scheme comes in part to ensure a seamless delivery service from the company. Pathao Nepal Director Surakshya Hamal says, “We are committed to making our service more responsible and reliable. Through initiatives such as ‘Delivery Guarantee’, we strengthen trust among the merchants and customers.”
However, there are some conditions in the Pathao Delivery Guarantee. The scheme won’t apply in conditions where customers don’t come into contact, won’t receive a call, or refuse to receive the order. Likewise, the guarantee won’t work if the delivery attempt is affected by natural hazards such as floods, landslides, or other external reasons such as protests, strikes, etc.
The delivery guarantee also brings peace of mind to both merchants and customers.
Pathao offer with Delivery Guarantee
During the Delivery Guarantee scheme, merchants who register get 100 free deliveries in the first week. Although Pathao started as a ride-hailing service, it’s growing and expanding as a super platform, making a name as a logistics service provider too.
