The Dizi Bank is an electronic platform of Citizens Bank that provides various banking services. Available through the bank’s mobile banking app and web, it enables customers to open a new bank account, apply for locker service, Demat, etc. In short, it’s a platform that brings several of the bank’s features to provide facilities through a single channel.
In recent years, the bank has brought various services with digital technology to provide customer-centric services. Dizi Bank is another of its initiatives.

Citizens Bank’s Dizi Bank services
Through Dizi Bank, Citizens Bank customers can open a bank account, update their PAN and National ID card, apply for locker service, TDS certificate, Demat, and avail of mobile banking and card-related services. The bank says that the platform provides up to 50 services digitally.
The bank says that the platform will strengthen the relationship between the bank and the customer by making service delivery faster and more efficient. The bank adds that it will continue to strengthen this platform by adding more services to it in the future, to provide the latest services to the customers by making the best use of digital technology.
