BYD Atto 3 is based on E-Platform 3.0 and blade battery technology. It boasts a stylish design and cutting-edge technology, perfect for those wishing to transition to a decent EV.

Design
Both the exterior and interior boast a stylish design profile. In terms of the dimensions, the vehicle measures 4,455 mm in length, 1,875 mm in width, and 1,615 mm in height. It comes with a wheelbase of 2,720 mm and a ground clearance of 175 mm.

Battery
The company claims that the Atto 3 can offer up to 420 km range on a single full charge. The vehicle takes just around 50 minutes to charge from zero to 80 percent with an 80kW charger. For a full charge, it takes 9.5-10 hours with a 7 kW AC charger.

Safety
Atto 3 comes with 7 airbags for safety that can be operated in three driving modes. In addition, it has features such as electric parking brake technology, anti-lock braking technology, traction control, blind spot detection, door open warning, hill descent control, and a 360-degree view mirror. etc.

Performance
The Atto-3 generates a maximum power of 150 kW and 310 Nm of torque with electric motors. It accelerates from zero to 100 km/ph in just 7.3 seconds and has a blade battery with a capacity of 60.48 KW. It has 17-inch tires.
Later BYD introduced a new variant with a 100KW motor, to reduce the tax and bring the price down to compete with the Tata Nexon EV.
The car gets full LED headlights, LED rear lights, and LED daytime running lights.

BYD Atto 3 Price in Nepal is Rs 56.90 lakh for the Advanced variant. This price is after the recent increase of Rs 91,000 from its previous cost of Rs 55.99 lakhs. The Superior model’s cost has been increased to Rs 67.80 lakh from its previous cost of Rs 65.88 lakhs. The SUV comes in five different color options – blue, green, red, gray, and white.
