The process of vehicle detail digitization has started from Gurjudhara Transport Management Office Motorcycle. In the first phase, it’s calling on two-wheelers to submit their vehicles’ original files at the office for their digitization.
The Gurjudhara Transport Management Office requested two-wheelers from lot number 1 to 55 to produce their original documents within two weeks. In the first phase, the office will digitize two-wheelers registered at the Transport management office.
“The vehicle owners who have brought the original files of the two-wheelers registered in this office from Lot No. 1 to Lot No. 55 are requested to submit the files within 15 days to the Transport Management Office, Motorcycle Gurjudhara, for the purpose of digitizing the vehicle details,” the notice states.

Digitizing vehicle details could make government procedures faster and more efficient. Transferring them over the Internet saves time and provides convenience. That also means officials won’t have to process physical documents. Every detail gets stored on their servers.
Down the road, it could also help with renewing licenses, bluebooks, and other government procedures for the vehicles. Right now, Gurjudhara has started this initiation on two-wheelers. So, we expect more offices to follow suit.
