Sanima Bank has launched a new facility for its customers allowing its customers to submit their satisfaction and service quality evaluation via QR codes. The bank said that it launched the feature to receive customers’ feedback on its services and assess the reception of its service delivery.
With this feature, Sanima Bank customers can register their experience and evaluation with the bank and send feedback using the QR code. For this initiative, the bank has made QR codes available at all of its offices’ counters and customer service departments.

To share the experience, customers need to scan the QR code and submit it. As per the bank, the system instantly records the feedback.

Sanima Bank has 132 offices, and 123 ATM outlets across the country in seven provinces.
