Electric Vehicle brand Neta has topped the list as the top-car-selling brand in China. The company was soon recognized as the top-selling startup car brand in China ahead of its prominent rivals.
The honor comes off solid performances at home and overseas imports. The EV brand is a top seller in China while also importing a significantly large number of four-wheelers abroad. According to reports, the brand exported 13,694 autos in four months from January to April 2024.

In the overseas market though, BYD (Build Your Dreams) tops the rank as the top car-selling brand. At second follows Tesla, while SAIC and Neta trial at third and fourth respectively.
During the same period, BYD shipped 138,769 cars, Tesla imported 119,020 units. Similarly, SAIC imported 29,827 passenger cars.
Speaking of Neta’s overseas businesses, Nepal is also a market for the brand. Chaudhary Group’s subsidiary CG Motors is the official seller and distributor of Neta EV cars in Nepal. As per the Customs Department, Neta is the fourth top EV brand in Nepal in overall EV market share.
In 2023 AD, Neta exported 265 electric cars to Nepal. Neta V, and Neta X, are some of the popular EVs from the brand in Nepal.
