Yamaha Nepal hits halfway of ‘MILEAGE LEAGUE’, RayZR Hybrid pulled 87.20 kmpl

Yamaha Nepal has completed the halfway mark of the Mileage League with Yamaha RayZR Hybrid at the center. Operating under MAW Rides Pvt. Ltd., the mileage run now heads to the nerve-wracking grand finale in Asar 2083.

For the unaware, the Yamaha RayZR 125-FI Hybrid boasts an ARAI-certified mileage of a staggering 71.33 km per liter. The figure is already a standout among the two-wheelers. However, it has been proven that the real-life stat can get even higher. To date, a participant has pulled an extraordinary 87.20 km per liter of mileage. It even defied the official figures claimed by the manufacturer for good.

Yamaha Nepal says that the Yamaha RayZR Hybrid has been rigorously tested across the diverse geographical ranges in Nepal, ranging from the plains in the Terai to the winding climbs of the Hills. The tests have also included its ride on the smooth highways to rugged off-road trails. The greater thing? The mileage remained consistently high.

So far, the manufacturer has conducted mileage challenges across 70+ locations over the years, “turning fuel efficiency into a spectacular sport.” So, not only has the company claimed the astonishing mileage figures, but customers have experienced them firsthand, and some of them have even surpassed them.

Yamaha Nepal says that its Mileage League spans all seven provinces and has conquered major hubs across the country. Now, the final circuit of cities remains to be challenged.

“The Mileage League isn’t just a contest; it’s a celebration of our commitment to Nepali riders,” says Mr. Deepak Kumar Agrawal, CEO and ED of Yamaha Nepal. “We are taking the lab results and proving them on the actual streets of Nepal. We want every RayZR Hybrid owner to feel the pride of riding the most efficient machine in the country.”

No doubt, at the center of the mileage league, is the Yamaha RayZR 125 FI Hybrid, which the company claims is the best-selling scooter in Nepal and is the only hybrid offering in the segment.
