Thulo partners with SDC and UNCDF to uplift over 1700ย  MSMEs

Thulo.com (Thulo) has joined a partnership with donor agency SDC and UNCDF to empower micro, small and medium enterprises in Nepal. Over 1,700 businesses will be empowered with this initiative called MSMEs Growth Bazar: Digitization of MSMEs by providing market access through Thulo.com. ย 

The project is already implemented with success in Koshi, Bagmati, Gandaki, and Lumbini provinces. In these provinces, the MDMEs have been soundly promoted by multinational organizations. Check out: World Bank Aid to Nepal, 17 Billion for Digital Economy

The project is backed by the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC) and UN Capital Development Fund (UNCDF) and has uplifted over 1700 MSMEs in their digitization.

The collaboration helped businesses to digitize their payment system, delivery, and post-sales service in rural areas in Nepal. As a result, sales have boosted and are able to recover from the post-Covid-19 effects.

Various groups, organizations, and digital wallet platforms these days launch joint collaborations to lift Nepali SMEs, and MSMEs. From selling online to digital payment, such initiations have helped digitalize the way businesses work which is one key aspect of the Digital Nepal Framework.
