It’s become possible to load money into digital wallets from an SCT-Union Pay card. Smart Choice Technologies has brought this fund loading facility for customers to make their digital transactions more convenient.
Now, users of various digital wallets such as eSewa, Khalti Hamro Pay can load an amount from SCT-Union Pay to their mobile wallets. If you use one of these wallets, then you are in service here.
SCT says that digital wallets and merchant applications that are in the network of the electronic payment gateway of Nabil Bank can avail of this facility.

For the unversed, SCT is a payment system operator (PSO) in Nepal, just like Fonepay. It facilitates digital payment with card services, QR payment, etc. But the company mostly focused on POS machine payment. It’s only in recent months that it’s expanded its services in card transactions.
An ability to load funds from the SCT-Union Pay card onto digital wallets facilitates customers to make payments for eCommerce sites, book flight tickets, or pay easily at malls and stores.

SCT boasts a strong and growing network of 23 banks and financial institutions, and over 100 cooperatives that issue its SCT-Union Pay card.
